I can see you booked via our website, transfers would have been offered to you to add to your booking as you made your way through the booking process. Our transfers are additional to our basic package holidays as we are finding more and more that clients are choosing to use the public bus system on arrival or hiring a car to get to their accommodations. I will pass your comments regarding the hotel directly to them.
