Hi Bill
Its great to hear that our delivery was good! Regarding the issue with your order,I have spoken to the branch who delivered your order and also the online sales team and neither of them are aware of any issues with your order.
If there is something wrong regarding your order, please give the online sales team a call on 01228 587900 so they can rectify this for you straight away! They would be more than happy to help! :D
Kind Regards

Hi Andrew,
Thank you for leaving us a review, its great to hear that you were happy with our staff. I am sorry to hear that you are frustrated because the branch didn't keep the fittings. Rest assured, we will soon be offering a click and collect service! We are working on this currently and part of what we are working on is reviewing the range of products our branches keep in stock, to ensure that we offer the appropriate range of products to all of our customers across the UK.
We cannot give an exact date yet to when this will be launched, however its coming!
Kind Regards
Fleur
