The only prolblem I have is that overnight their Next Day Delivery charge went from the Normal £2.50 to £12.50. They have taken advantage of the COVID 19 situation to make more money

Thank you for taking the time to complete the feedback via Feefo.
We have amended our priority delivery pricing due to the exceptional number of orders we were receiving. This was causing delays for other orders as our warehouse has been overwhelmed since the lockdown.
We did not wish to take the priority delivery option away entirely for those who needed their supplies urgently. To avoid such drastic action we opted instead for a temporary increase for priority deliveries only.
All other shipping methods were kept the same as before, and both standard and priority services still enjoy price deductions depending on the overall amount of the order.
Our current price for next day is £12.50 for orders under £39.00 £7.50 for orders over £39.00 and £2.50 for orders over £100.00 We still think this is a good value service and allows us to serve all our customers fairly during this challenging time. We will revert this as soon as we are able to of course.
