Ressenyes de Insight Vacations

Thank you for sharing such a thorough and balanced review. It is encouraging to learn that the itinerary allowed you to see the highlights of each city, and that the regular stops, the included dinners and the range of Optional Excursions added to the experience. We appreciate your candid observations regarding the pace, the long travel days and the amount of walking. We are especially pleased that Switzerland made such a strong impression on you, and that your Travel Director's efforts to ensure every guest could take part contributed to an enjoyable journey. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies that several aspects of the tour did not meet your expectations. We recognise that a group of 39 may not accord with what you understood by a small group, and we are sorry that the accommodation and the standard of the food also fell short of what you had anticipated. Your comments are valuable, and they will be shared with our Operations Department so that they may be considered when reviewing group sizes, hotels and dining arrangements in future. We are grateful for your candour and hope to have the opportunity to offer you a more satisfactory experience on another journey.

Thank you for sharing such a positive review. It is encouraging to learn that you regard this as one of the best tours you have taken, and that the pace of the itinerary, the choice of destinations and the care of your Travel Director all met with your approval. We appreciate your continued confidence in our service, and your comments will be passed on to the team. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. It is encouraging to learn that your overall experience with us was a positive one. We are sorry, however, that the Rocky Mountaineer Optional Excursion did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate your candid caution to future travellers that the experience can vary considerably. Your comments will be shared with our Product Development Department so that they may be taken into account when reviewing this part of the itinerary. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies that your experience with the Travel Director fell so far short of what you should expect. It is disappointing to learn that a bucket-list journey, and a considerable personal investment, was affected in this way, particularly when you found the scenery and the variety of activities so rewarding. We take your comments regarding the Travel Director's manner and the lack of a personal approach very seriously, and they have been referred to our Operations Department for review as a matter of priority. We can also confirm that we received your email, and we hope that the resolution reached is to your utmost satisfaction. We are grateful for your candour.
