Our Credit Services team provide the opportunity for any due rebates to be advanced to our customers. If approved, these customers are presented with their calculation, including fees, in documents that require signing before processing.
As described in your feedback you used this opportunity to receive a portion of your Tax rebate early and we continued to process the remaining balance upon receipt of funds from HMRC, as explained to you.
