Dreadful
Dreadful. Customer for 15 plus, but no more. Genuine efficient and knowledgeable staff replaced by call centre who are hopeless. Overpriced fee for little service.

The cottage was lovely, we had a great time, however, the logs left did just an evening and we had two, and there was a lack of cleaning in the cobweb department!!! the wine rack was covered in old...
