Thank you very much for your comments, there is no doubt that the admin charge is unpopular, and it has appeared several times within this forum. I can only reiterate and give assurance that a great deal more than simply emailing the homeowner and reissuing your confirmations is involved in moving a booking and it is a genuine charge which we use to cover the costs incurred by us. I am sorry if this has left you feeling disappointed with our service but I hope despite this that you will still have a lovely holiday.
