Oh dear! Thank you very much for your comments. I'm sure my colleague didn't intend to give that impression and I'm very sorry that you felt pushed. That's absolutely to opposite of what we would intend. There are occasions where we don't require confirmation from the owners in order to proceed with the booking, but we can, of course, always check if it would reassure you.
