The provisional booking is a clunky part of the process. A confirmed booking online would be preferable. The confirmation phone call never happened

Thank you very much for your comments, I'm sorry you found the booking process 'clunky'. Unfortunately it's not yet possible to confirm a booking directly online, as each reservation needs to be screened to ensure that there is nothing that needs approval from the homeowner i.e. a pet, or a young child. I hope everything else goes smoothly for you and that you have a lovely holiday.
