Thank you very much for taking the time to send us your feedback, I am sorry to hear that we've been the cause of some frustration! I'm afraid we will only accept one promotional discount per booking, I think this is standard for most companies. Where there are two promotional offers running concurrently, we honour whichever gives you the greatest discount on your holiday. In this instance, the £50 reduction against the rental from the homeowner will have been greater than the 5% F+F discount offered by us, so that is the one which we've applied. If in the future you to book a full price holiday with no homeowner reductions, then of course the 5% F+F will apply. Regards the damages deposit cheque, we are working towards a fully automated system, so watch this space! Thank you again for getting in touch, I hope you have a lovely holiday.
