Thank you very much for your comments, I am sorry that you are unhappy with our admin fee. We do only charge this to cover our costs, we don't think that that is unreasonable, but we appreciate that it does make some people unhappy, and we can only apologise.

Thank you! We understand that, unfortunately, there is more to life than holidays. Thus, we are open from 9am to 9pm from Monday to Thursday, 9am to 7:30pm on Fridays and from 9am to 5pm on Saturdays. We feel that this gives holidaymakers a little more flexibility and helps to take some of the difficulty away from booking a holiday.

We do indeed not currently have the facility to pay online immediately. With each property, and indeed each booking, being unique, it's important that one of our team checks your booking before we can confirm.
Once your booking has been checked, we do arrange for an email to be sent, through which you can arrange payment online if you wish. If you do so, we subsequently do not call you as this generally means that people would prefer that we do not do so.
I hope this clears things up and I'll pass on your comments to our Website Development Manager to see if we can perhaps explain this more coherently.
