Friendly, cooperative and flexible.
Telephone contact was extremely good. I needed to hold a property for 3 days in order to contact family members overseas. HH were most cooperative and I was able to confirm my booking.

The net service in booking/ reserving was fine but found the follow up of confirming was confusing and though promised have never recieved the confirmation e mail of payment/ booking. We have used HH...

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that the confirmation process did not run as smoothly as it should have done. It looks like the payment online initially failed so we had to assist over the phone.
