Simple booking procedure
It was very easy to provisionally book the cottage and a representative phoned the next day to comfirmed the following day that it was possible to take 3 dogs on the holiday.

Waited very long time on phone for agent to answer. In the end I wasinstructed (automatically) to leave my number and they would ring me back. Once contact made as always they were very helpful
