Hi, yes I am excited and will take up Jenny’s offer to seek assistance in store with some of the online activities in my P&O account.
I would also like to say “thank you to Chantelle, “ who started the process until Jenny was able to takeover due to being busy with 2 other customers.
The travel shop isn’t local to me but it’s worth the travel to receive honest and a personalised service as I have received from Jenny and from Chantelle, although it was a short interaction.
