Ressenyes de HavenKJ Commercial – Worcester

Thank you for your review. I understand that you initially dealt with a different team within Haven Knox-Johnston before eventually being transferred to the commercial team. Having gone through the fact find process with us, it does take a couple of days to undertake a thorough review of which insurer is offering the best option, or indeed quoting at all. As we are an insurance broker, we don't always know what additional questions the insurers are going to come back to us with which might then delay the process but ultimately, the option that you went ahead with was the best for your insurance needs.

Thank you for your review and we were delighted that you chose to let us look after your insurance needs once again.
