Hi,

Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear you feel you didn't get everything from the course that you wanted to, particularly with INDEX, MATCH and OFFSET. We always want our learners to leave feeling happy and confident with the new knowledge and skills they have gained, so apologies for not fully meeting that brief on this occasion.

In order to meet your needs fully, I'd like to offer you some extra time with a trainer in a one-on-one environment with our compliments, to be able to work through the INDEX, MATCH and OFFSET functions, and be able to relate it to real life for you as well. Please contact me on 0207 375 7300, or at john@happy.co.uk to arrange a convenient time to schedule this in.

In the meantime, thanks again for taking the time to leave your feedback.

Many thanks,

John

Good afternoon,

Thank you for leaving your feedback regarding the course. We're sorry to hear that you found that the layout of the manual may have been confusing, this will be passed on and we will look in to whether we need to rearrange this.

If this impacted your training and you would like to have some one on one support, we can definitely arrange this, if so let me know and i can get in touch to arrange a call from a trainer. Also, if you have any queries at all at any point, you are more than welcome to call the helpline number provided in your manual.

We hope to see you soon!

Misleading course advertising with an over-reliance on novelty

The Happy website needs to state who the course is aimed at, i.e. very senior managers with large teams who are not involved in a lot of day-to-day operations as they have managers who ensure this...

Good afternoon

I’m really sorry to hear that the course was not the right one for you and it didn't meet your expectations. This course is aimed towards managers of all levels, not just at managers who are working at senior level – however we are taking your comments on board and will pass them to the trainer. We are always looking at ways to improve our courses and your feedback is very valuable. We have also received your email with more detailed feedback but have not responded at your request, but if there is anything more we can do to make it a better experience for you, e.g. if you would like a refund, please do get in touch with us.

Best wishes,

Claire @ Happy
