We already have artificial grass over a section of lawn, but needed an extra piece to cover some decking, I ordered samples of a few to try and match the existing piece, we chose Bahamas 30 which was a lovely feel and very green in colour, the samples came quickly and once ordered my new grass arrived and was placed in my specified place by the driver who was also very helpful, very easy to lay and looks very similar to my exisiting piece, an excellent product and service - thank you

The grass was delivered on time but was just left in my garden visible to pedestrians and I didn't even get a phone call/text about the delivery.

We have looked into the issue you have raised about the delivery being left. We have been advised by our driver this is where he was requested to leave the item by the person who signed for the delivery. The driver did try to place the item as far out of the way as he could, placing it along side a perimeter fence behind a bin and a large green sand bag but was unable to place the item anywhere less obvious.
We do not like to see any customer go away having had a poor experience and have emailed you to try and resolve the concern you have raised.

We are sorry to see you are unhappy with the delivery service you received. Having looked into the details of the delivery we can see your order was dispatched from our warehouse on Thursday 18th for intended delivery on Friday 19th. According to our courier delivery was attempted on this date at 13:52 but the driver was unable to get a response from the door. The courier automatically put the order back out on the next available date which was Monday 22nd with the driver reporting he was unable to get a response at the door at 11:30. The couriers made a third attempt at 13:33 on Thursday 25th, again the driver was unable to get a response at the door. The delivery was successfully completed on Friday 26th with a neighbour agreeing sign for the delivery on your behalf.

Please accept our apologies to the delay you experienced in receiving the adhesive. We are unsure how this may have happened as it was supposed to be sent in the package that contained the seaming tape. We can see replacement adhesive has been sent out and has been successfully delivered.
