We are sorry to see you are unhappy with the quality of the Budget Artificial Grass you have received. On the listing for the item we state the following: ​ '​Our Budget Artificial Grass is our entry level grass. It is popular for temporary use or exhibition use due to its low cost. It can also be used in a domestic enviroment for patios, terrerces etc but because it is our cheapest budget grass it does not look as realistic or feel as nice as our better quality grasses. The appearance of this grass is a single shade of green with a straight pile. It looks similar to greengrocers grass and the backing is visible at some angles.' ​ ​We also offer a free sample service and would always advise using this service as it allows the product to be viewed prior to purchase to ensure it is of the required colour, quality and appearance. ​ ​With regard to the damage to the item, all our items are dispatched from our warehouse free from damage so we can only assume this has happened while in transit. We are always more than happy to arrange for any item that may arrive damaged or faulty to be collected and replaced. Enclosed within the packaging of the item in as A4 piece of paper which states: ​'STOP Before fitting this item please make sure it is: The correct Size, Colour & Range. Free from damage or faults. We can replace any incorrect items. But we cannot replace anything which has been cut' We do not like to see any customer go away having had a poor experience and have emailed you to try and resolve the concern you have raised.
