Excellent service, very helpful and superior quality product. Company clearly trying to resolve issues with carrier that originally tarnished my second order from them, but they were quick to respond with a gesture of goodwill and follow up customer service assuring me they are going to have their own carriers in the future. Will order from them again.

As mentioned on the telephone we do apologise that the Budget Artificial Grass did not look as good as you expected when you laid the strips side by side. In our experience there can often be slight shading differences throughout the rolls but we rarely see this on cuts from the same roll such as this. This is something we will be monitoring closely.
