Please accept our apologies for the issue you experienced with the delivery. We have raised the issue with our delivery company who will be investigating for us, however the it does appear the driver was unaware of the local restrictions.
According to the tracker at the time the item was signed for the driver was parked in the alley way behind the address as this was the closest the driver could get to the address due to the road being closed to either side of the address.
We do not like to see any customer go away having had a poor experience and have emailed you to try and resolve the concern you have raised.
