We do advise within our delivery information page that the courier's service is for delivery to the nearest accessible kerb side next to your property. The delivery is a one man service. It is at the drivers discretion if they will carry the item(s) any further than the kerb side. Most drivers are happy to help you with the items, but we cannot guarantee this. Within the terms and condition of sale which are acknowledged as read and understood at the point of checkout we state: 3.4 Delivery is to the nearest kerbside of your address. Some drivers are happy to take items to your front door or into the property upon request, but this is at their discretion and we cannot guarantee that they will do this. We do not like to see any customer go away having had a poor experience and have emailed you to try and resolve the concern you have raised. Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback for your recent order. We are sorry to see you are unhappy at the service offered and the delivery charge applied. We offer free delivery on orders over £100, however orders under £100 do incur a delivery fee of £9.95. This is stated on all of our pages. The £9.95 delivery fee charged on orders below £100 if far less than the vast majority of our competitors would charge for a similar order. ​ ​In relation to the delivery timescale we put the order out for next working day delivery, however the courier was unable to get a response at the property when they attempted the delivery on this date. As there was no response at the property the courier was unable to leave the item, so it was taken back to their depot with the re delivery being scheduled for the next working day. Unfortunately as the initial delivery was on a Friday, the earliest day for re delivery was the Monday. ​ ​Within our delivery information page we state: ​ ​We ask that you do not book a fitter until you have received, checked and measured your item. This means if there are any slight delays or problems you will not have to re-arrange your fitter. ​ We do not like to see any customer go away having had a poor experience and have emailed you to try and resolve the concern you have raised.
