Please accept our apologies for the issue you experienced. I can see that due to a labelling issue within our warehouse that only part of your order was dispatched. We have spoken to the members of staff involved as this sort of error should not occur. I can see as soon as we were made aware of the issue we arranged for the outstanding piece to be dispatched for the next available delivery date.
We do not like to see any customer go away having had a poor experience and have emailed you to try and resolve the concern you have raised.
