I found my experience to be average/fair. The customer service rep spoke very quickly, and as if reading from a script, so it was hard to ask questions. In addition, I was given an initial quote for...

We certainly apologize about your experience and assure you that we will be taking it to our leadership team. We want to ensure that customers feel like they're able to communicate with their agents and will enlist the help of any additional training or coaching as necessary to make sure this happens. In addition, we certainly feel your frustration on the hail claim, however, the rate that is returned to you is controlled solely by our underwriters and is determined based on driving history, claims history, location, etc. We'd be happy to see if there are any additional discounts we can apply, though. If that is something that interests you, simply let us know and we'll have your agent give you a call at your convenience.
