No I would not buy on line again as you need to see vacuum in action before buying, but having said that I would buy if it was recommended to me by someone that had one.

Fantastic customer service, really really fantastic. I got good value, they were very reasonable about the issues I'd had, and they got onto it fast. Honestly. Give those blokes a raise.
