Poor bandwidth&wifi are the weak links, not good value at £49/month
Improve the bandwidth and wifi so the “high speed broadband” stops dropping out, you are only as good as the weakest link in the chain. £49 is not good value for unreliable connection

Generally a good service, but when things go wrong / service gets interrupted, they need to provide better information as to the problem, when it is likely to get fixed etc. They must realise that...

Fast & reliable service - customer service/issue resolution must be better
I am subscribed to the 900mbps service and the speeds are generally in line with that. Service is good and downtime is minimal - planned maintenance is during late night hours to minimise disruption....
