COULD DO BETTER
I thought that I would see the end of buffering but that just did not happen. It is mostly OK but there are too many interruptions.

Poor service and renewal experience
Poor throughout at times and no loyalty renewal pricing - inconsistent stories and policy depending on customer. Lack of trust in them now.
