Frankly, I'm not sure, the insurance is the cheapest around but they only operate through an app, and my phone is too old to use it. So I really don't know where I stand, am I insured or not and how...

You could improve things by making it possible to access my policy on my desktop computer. It now seems only possible to use an Apple device, why is this and where does it leave me?
