We have had e-mail dialogue regarding your points as some of the information related to your personal health situation for privacy reasons as feefo wasn’t the best platform to do this..
You made some points about documentation and we discussed in our dialogue that we are making some changes internally with new literature. Your personal response to the treatment relates to some of your underlying health conditions which we discussed privately. We also discussed in our dialogue the specific adjuvant therapies that may help you maintain your ongoing collagen production and counteract the effects of the menopause, some of those you are not able to have due to your personal medical issues unfortunately.
Each of our patients have different health issues and due to our extensive skill set with our nurses having wide ranging experience in a variety of women’s health specialities, this enables us to tailor advice specifically to each patient that may occasionally differ from the generic guidance in our documentation. We have invited you to visit your nurse in the new year for a review if you wish, and reassure you that collagen production is ongoing for several months after the treatment.
