We were concerned to hear when you felt that there was some ambiguity with regard to the measurements of the parcel and have since had no hesitation in refunding the difference. For us it's a fine balancing act with something like a vase which is fragile. It's important that it's packed securely for International shipping, in this case Australia, but at the same time we try to keep the shipping costs to a minimum for you.
