Although they promise next day delivery it does not happen.

They were very helpful but it did take some time. The website thanks you for your order but you are not informed when you will receive it.

After ordering the trek, i recieved an email saying they can't get it untill the 2018 model comes out, they offered me a giant contend sl 2 which was more money for the same price as an apology...
