We are sorry that the experience you received from Fly and Save was not satisfactory. We do mention that all our published air fares are phone only fares and are subject to availability. The fares are based on whether that fare class is still available and is updated as soon as our fares allocation database is. We are currently investigating the agent that you spoke to as this is not the standard of service we would expect from our staff, so will respond directly once we have established and listened to the conversation to see where are standards were not met.
