Thank you very much for your feedback, it does sound overall that you had a great trip to Majorca and we will pass your comments on to our team at BA CityFlyer with regards to the cheerful service on-board, and your feedback to the complimentary snack that was offered. The check-in desk at Palma airport should be opened 2.5 hours prior to our departure time, so I will have to investigate further as to why this wasn't the case on your journey. We do hope that you choose to travel with us at FlyDirect again on a future occasion.
