Many thanks for your feedback and for your time during our subsequent telephone conversations. I'm very sorry about the traffic and understand the adverse effect this had on your holiday. We now understand that during your trip the traffic was much busier than usual on certain roads. This was due to an impending summer road-works ban that resulted in widespread disruption as local authorities rushed to beat the deadline. I am glad that we were eventually able to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

Hi Jenny. Appreciate your point about the uneven tracks however sometimes these are the only realistic option as the alternatives are less scenic or involve busy roads. Glad you enjoyed the holiday overall.

Thanks for the review and route note corrections Allan. The road book has already been updated and in addition, our local supplier is reviewing the route to see where green arrows may be a benefit to future riders.

Thanks for the review. Yes, this is a moderate tour and some of the rides are quite tough. Glad you enjoyed it overall though and rest assured we'll raise the issue of post-ride tea and coffee for next year's programme.
