Paid for service that was never filled. No remedy. Company should have sent out new unit but has chosen not to hold up their end of a good business transaction. Poor customer service.

Regarding shipping fees, our Shipping FAQ Section states the following: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
