I had an issue at first and wanted to amend but wasn’t able to do so. Had to cancel and begin the process again. There needs to be an improvement in navigating the site.

Probably one of the worst hotel experiences of my 50 yr life.
The manager was unfriendly and at times seemed put out by our needs (including a poorly functioning toilet), the room had a smell to it that lingered in our clothes after the stay. Some kind of west...
