Very confusing policy . Online purchase vs Natas offer and not cheap
Policy sold at Natas and Online different names and type and coverage . Price offer not worth the effort to go there .

Redemption counter staff very unapproachable, since they have tablet and should be able to check details even I showed them screen shot of purchase and demand more info which were in your system and...
