Quality site but will think twice about postal service

My initial thought was these are the tool bits i was looking for & they suggested a couple of days postal delivery but instead took 4 days but i can live with that..

All orders placed before 3pm are despatched the same day. Your order was placed at 4pm and was therefore sent the next day.
With Royal mail 1st class post we usually expect the orders to be delivered the next day or the day after so we do apologise if they were a bit delayed. We'll look into this for you as we pride ourselves on our speedy service. We also have a Next day guaranteed delivery service available to choose at the checkout for a few pounds more.

Thanks for a great review Jade! As we can't tell how old sea glass is or what it is made up of sometimes we can get a real tough piece which blunts the drill bits quicker. Have a few of the small diamond drill bits handy to use on these pieces of sea glass as these last a bit longer than the small diamond core drills because they have a larger surface area.
Plenty of cold water, very little pressure whilst drilling, and a slow speed will all also ensure the drill bits last as long as possible. I hope this helps.
