I found Mark Rumney who was representing Equity Release Supermarket very helpful indeed. Although the process of obtaining the mortgage was painfully slow non of the difficulties was caused by Mark

I was glad that we could delay completion of the Hodge Retirement mortgage plan to meet your preferred timetable on your buy-to-let property. Additionally, the fact that we got a reduction in the interest rate from the new lender during the application process certainly helped!
