Hi Olga,
Thanks for your review. We are sorry to hear you weren't happy with the service you received. The reason your driver didn't take your chair inside to your flat is because they are not insured to do so and if anything were to be broken or damaged then he would be liable for it. We do have some products available on a delivered and installed service which would be taken inside so if you're ever buying more furniture from us in the future, please give us a call beforehand and we can direct you to these products.
