good service & good crew, small remark last night in hotel (hilton very good), had to pay for any kind of drinks and the cruise was all inclusive (except beer & wine) ???

this is booked on a half board basis as some guests are not staying for the full night dependant on flight times. As you say the cruise does not include beer and wine ( except wine at dinner on Elite ) and this is mentioned in the “Read before you leave” document that is forwarded to the guests and we hope that it did not spoil the overall enjoyment of your trip. Following your feedback we are looking at ways of including some soft drinks with the hotel but need to find a way to administer this. gear used is in good shape , but starts to show signs of use & is up for renewal. Personel was friendly and enthousiastic. Site is clear and contains the needed info. Prices are ok, but not cheap....

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback and give us your rating. As you can imagine the renewal of dive equipment is an ongoing process and our maintenance teams filter out equipment once they feel renewal is needed. Thanks for your feedback and I have asked the team to check the specific equipment in question. Whilst we may not be the cheapest we feel that the service that is provided represents excellent value for money with very little “risk” as you say.
