Thank you for your feedback which we take seriously. I can see from our records that your order was placed on 10/3/14 and that your rug was shipped from the warehouse on 2/4/14. Approx 3 weeks from the date of order as stated. When goods are shipped from the warehouse it can take up to 3 days to deliver via courier service. We did track your order following your conversation with us, however were unable to call back because I believe the phone number on your order the order had changed and was no longer valid. I'm sure you will be delighted with the rug.

I have received my item and am very happy with the rug that I have received it looks fantastic and the children love it. The colours are bright and defined. I retract comments made previously I accept that there was a bit of confusion with dates for despatch on my part. I will be ordering further items within the next couple of months.
