I’m so sorry you didn’t receive you Tuff Tray. This was an error on our part and missing from your consignment. If you haven’t already received your tray it will be with you in the next day or two. Apologies once again!

Expected delivery on ordering would be helpful. Also we were given no information when to expect delivery. We were not informed at any stage of how long delivery would take.

Thank you very much for your feedback. From our records I can see that we did try to make contact by phone and left a message regarding your delivery. We obviously need to tighten things up here and in future will always make sure that messages left are followed up with a confirmation email. The desks came rather slower than expected but it was the autumn term. When chased the customer care was excellent and they came quickly.

Thank you for getting back to us with your feedback. These desks have been so popular that lead times have been a little extended. Thankfully, at the time of writing, we are back to a more normal 3 to 4 weeks for manufacture and delivery.
