Thank you for your feedback Patricia. Delivery to Northern Ireland does incur a small surcharge which we advised you of beforehand. Delivery is free to all mainland UK addresses apologies if this was not made clear.

Friendly staff who confirmed my order and answered my questions quickly.
The delivery process was a complete shambles. Three broken delivery promises causing maximum inconvenience to staff and then, when the tables did arrive the day before arranged, the lorry driver...

My sincere apologies for the delivery issues you have experienced. These tables are delivered direct to you from the manufacturer who have had some short-term but significant delivery issues.
We strive to offer the highest levels of customer service and are very disappointed to have let you down on this order. This is not typical of our service record and we are of course pursuing delivery performance with our manufacturer.

Thank you for your feedback Kathryn. In our order acknowledgement email we did tell you that delivery would take approx 4 weeks and that different items would be sent separately. Apologies if this was not made clear.
