the delivery was bad, I received a text two times, saying the delivery would be that day and twice the order was not delivered it finally arrived after the third text.

Very impressed with the speed of delivery, the service when I 'phoned plus the courtesy of the staff at the garden centre where I first enquired about home delivery of the growhouse.
The condition of the item bought has been terrible and we have had three sets delivered, this is a £1600 item and for all our trouble which is still not resolved we are to receive a £50 gift card!
Responded well to courier delivery issues and then damaged items.

Thank you for your feedback. This is the first season we have offered furniture home delivery by parcel carrier and we are learning how to improve the service and packaging, so we appreciate your comments - they will help us to do better in the future. I hope the Havana set is okay now.
