shame I had to chase so many times and only got details on day of flight!

We do apologise for the issues raised. Unfortunately, the matter was that of our suppliers which did delay the resolution and a matter over which we, as agents, had no control. We do trust that we shall be able to assist in the planning of your next adventure which, we are sure, will be without issue.

Best prices
I was a bit weary at first because when I went onto their page they don't have a 'padlock' to show it's a secure site etc and plus all good reviews is a bit questionable. Decided to go for it... BEST...
