Sorry to hear that there was issues with delivery of your items.I can see from the Parcel Force tracking that your order was picked up from our warehouse on 28th December, the first working day after the 26th. Unfortunately it seems there might have been an issue with the address labelling because it was returned to us on 30th December.
Parcel Force have confirmed that delivery was made on 5th January, quite a while after you placed your order and much longer than we would expect. Please accept our apologies for this, it is not the usual level of service we offer.
