Only way to renew is to telephone which costs and takes over 30 minutes!!! with lots of messages and questions when all I wanted to do was pay as I’d fully checked over the renewal terms. Kept asking

It took way too long to get through the process. Despite listening to the usual blurb about the service etc. I had to listen it all again from the agent I spoke to.
