Ok but not the best

Whenever I called the customer service was great, only reason 3 stars not 5 is I believe the whole process wasn't really explained to me at the beginning and that they took advantage of my confusion...

In response to your question: continuing your payments after your application fee was paid allowed for prepayments to be applied to your Debt Agreement and enabled you to complete your Debt Agreement ahead of schedule!
