Thank you, we certainly appreciate the feedback and will use this to further improve our service. In this instance, the data comes with hard bounce guarantees from the list provider which can be used to rectify any issues. This would be the first time that we have known this particular list owner to have an issue with hard bounce or were made aware of an issue with this order.
