Please accept my apologies for the confusion but all orders are sent from the UK and, when going to the US, they can take up to 10 working days to arrive. The order was placed through the US version of our website and this is evidenced by the charge being made in US Dollars, not Great British Pounds. Again, I’m very sorry for any confusion on this and I hope it won’t deter you from placing orders in the future. Many thanks for your kind comments on our Slimfit range though!
